Should I go with a vent free gas or an electric fireplace?
Please tell your experiences with vent gas fireplaces. What do you feel about their safety? Are they safe? Have they put out sooty film on walls an curtains? Have you been sick since you're around them? I can choose between gas and electric right now (new construction) and I get mixed messages on gas fireplaces. Please help!
I would go with electric. (They are more convenient, more effective, and safer)
